  • On the summit of the citadel sits the mosque of Muhammad Ali, built in the early 19th century.

  • The statement covers from May until December, 1929. At the end of the year, Kells had accumulated 50 pounds, 17 shillings, and 6 pence.

  • John Growder instructs his brother to keep the buffalo heads and bear skin which he sent in a dry room.

A yellowed piece of paper with United States Express Company letterhead at the top. There is a typed note underneath that has blank spaces filled in by hand. There is a red stamp in the middle and a handwritten note at the bottom.
