Japanese Tabi Socks
Description
White pair of traditional Japanese split-toe socks, called tabi.
Socks are made of cotton and have metal fasteners on the heel with Japanese characters.
Socks have a separation between the big toe and the second toe, so that they can be worn with getaor zorifootwear.
Informations d'arrière-plan
Purchased as a memento by Robert Rawlings who drilled in Sumatra on two contracts between 1880 and 1902.
