Horloge et fixation murale sculptés en teck.
Des motifs floraux ornent la majeure partie de l'horloge et de la fixation. Un paon est assis sur le dessus de l'horloge et deux dragons forment les supports de la fixation murale.
Background Information
Commandée en Birmanie (Myanmar moderne) par le foreur international George Miller, qui y a travaillé pour la Imperial Oil Company de 1915 à 1917.
Les pièces d'horlogerie ont été achetées par Batley, un bijoutier de la rue Front, à Sarnia, d'un horloger de Kitchener. M. W.J. Miller était employé par Batley à l'époque et c'est lui qui a réglé l'horloge.
