Description
Pair of lightweight fabric pants with a drawstring waist.
The pants are blue, brown and off-white in colour with a bright pattern.
The pants would have been worn over the top of other clothing so that the wearer could be seen by others in the jungle and areas of thick growth.
Background Information
Purchased byRobert Rawlingswho drilled in Sumatra on two contracts between 1880 and 1902.
