Description
Pointe de lance en métal à une seule barbe à l'extrémité, et une deuxième plus petite à environ 1,5 pouce plus bas.
La pointe de lance est fixée à la tige de bois grâce à une ficelle.
La ficelle qui entoure la pointe de lance est recouverte de fi mi tikah, une cire spéciale qui empêchait la ficelle de se briser et de se mouiller lorsqu'elle perçait l'eau.

Utilisée pour la pêche par les tribus de Guyane britannique (Guyane moderne) et des affluents de l'Amazone, en Amérique du Sud.
