Description
Overall view of the refinery stills and oil storage tanks at Talara, Peru.
A note on the photo indicates that the white line going off into the hills (just left of the centre of the photo) is the pipeline to the gasoline plant, about 15 miles away.
Background Information
Part of a photograph collection belonging to Gerald Currie who worked for the International Petroleum Company in Talara, Peru from 1923 to 1949.
