Description

  • A group of men are crouching behind an alligator, which has been brought on shore. 
  • Note written on the back: "An alligator the crowd got one Saturday. Magdalena River, Colombia."

Background Information

  • Part of a photograph collection belonging to Gerald Currie who worked for the International Petroleum Company in Talara, Peru from 1923 to 1949.
