Description
A group of oil storage tanks gathered in a small outfit along the banks of the Ayeyarwady river, in Burma (modern Myanmar). This may possibly be where oil from a field was gathered and loaded onto boats for transportation along the river.
Background Information
Part of a photo album put together by William Gillespie, who drilled for oil in Burma (modern Myanmar) from 1913 to 1916.
