Description
Wooden spearhead fitted onto a wooden spear shaft and secured into place with string.
The spearhead is made of wood from the purpleheart tree.
Background Information
Used for fishing by the British Guiana (modern Guyana) and tribes of the tributaries of the Amazon River, in South America.
