Description

  • Piles of casing, steam boilers, and cylindrical storage tanks are visible next to many of the derricks. 

Background Information

  • Many International Drillers worked at the Yenangyaung Oil Field in Burma (modern Myanmar), including William Gillespie, and Arthur Brown who played a role in destroying the field during the Second World War.
