Description
William McRae sits on top of an elephant which he has hunted.
The elephant's trunk has been severed.
Five local Indonesian men stand behind the elephant.
Note on the back reads: "Shot this elephant within 100 yds from my bungalow in Sumatra."
Background Information
William McRae drilled in the Dutch East Indies (modern South East Asia) for 25 years, returning to Petrolia in 1915.
