Description

  • A cart sits on a dirt road which runs along the side of a river. A bungalow is seen on top of a short rise. A set of stairs leads up to the bungalow. 

  • Location is unknown, but could be either Singapore or Sumatra 

Background Information

  • Part of a photograph collection belonging to Robert Rawlings, who drilled for oil in Sumatra from 1890 until 1902.
